Weaving Willow Skeps (Alvearies) with Chris Park.
This is a unique Course, in which expert Chris Park will teach you how to weave a willow skep and how to cover it with cloom. During the day all aspects of beekeeping in skeps, ancient and modern will be discussed. The course cost includes all materials needed for your skep. Covering your skep with cloom is optional!
Please bring a waterproof apron and secateurs, and a bucket if you prefer to take home cloom to plaister your new skep at home.
The Course fee of £95.00 includes materials, refreshments, lunch and VAT.
